FUTURE GOALS
Future Goals for Fire Adapted Bailey

-Conduct site assessments per NFPA1144
-Conduct chainsaw safety & certification workshops 
-Coordinate volunteer efforts (high school, civic groups, HOA's, etc.) in support of mitigation efforts by others (PCFPD, Forest Guild, etc.)
-Bring volunteer groups like Team Rubicon in for larger mitigation efforts
-Seek funding for mitigation projects identified in the new PCFPD CWPP
-Sponsor frequent community Wildfire education events
-Conduct best practices workshops for Firewise leaders
-Fundraise for FAB, including events like Tomahawk Ranch
-Provide model waivers [with disclaimers] for use by HOAs
-Advocate for wildfire adapted building codes and LURs to the BOCC
-Advocate for the county's adoption of MyWildFireRisk to the county Emergency Services Council
-Conduct Rapid Risk Assessments and Nudge mailings with Elk Creek or Platte
-Promote a PCFPD mil levy dedicated to wildfire mitigation
-Coordinate with PCFDP, PCSD, Emergency Services, Park County Communications to develop wildfire evacuation plans
-Sponsor Evacuation Route Mitigation
-Secure water rights for ponds that are used for fire supression
